Our Head Chef, Luke Barnes has lead our kitchen for the last 10 years, creating a marvellous array of dishes to tempt even the most jaded palette. For him, freshness and high quality produce are of the upmost importance and he endeavours to source as much of our raw ingredients as he can from local producers. Nothing is too much trouble. Preferences are no problem to accomodate; for some food allergies it may be advisable to give us 24 hours notice but we can usually cope. A word with whoever takes your booking will ensure your meal is as you wish.
In keeping with our name and in our bar area, we have large television screens both inside and out, so major sporting events can be enjoyed to the full by our guests.
